Neuro Plus offers free, individualized support to anyone who qualifies.
Coaching consists of a series of interventions designed to support anyone with a neurodiversity background, whether you're a student, employed or looking for a job. These interventions are based on each person's strengths and are geared to meeting their needs. They can be of various kinds and include, among others, the following actions:
- Assessment of individual needs
- Personalized analysis: Our professionals carry out an in-depth assessment of the specific needs of each neurodivergent person to identify the necessary accommodations.
- Support plan: Based on this assessment, a personalized support plan is drawn up to meet the needs identified.
- Hiring support
- Preparation for the selection interview, for both interviewers and candidates
- Support from the coach during the interview and other selection stages
- Team awareness-raising and training
-Workshops and training are organized prior to the start of employment to raise awareness of neurodiversity among colleagues and managers, in order to create an inclusive and respectful work environment.
- Identification of a mentor within the company team
- Visit to the workplace with the chosen person
- Presence of the mentor on the day of induction
- Workstation adaptations
- Physical adaptations: Professionals recommend and implement physical adaptations, such as specific technological tools, adapted workspaces and ergonomic layouts.
- Flexible scheduling: They propose flexible scheduling solutions to better meet the individual needs of neurodivergent employees.
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Regular follow-up meetings and ongoing feedback for consultants, remotely or on-site
- Regular, ad hoc communications with the sponsor - Creation and implementation of follow-up and support tools
- Monitoring of performance objectives
- Collaboration with the various players working with the consultant, in a systemic approach
- Adjustment of coaching frequency according to needs
- Constructive feedback to help employees develop and progress in their careers.
Coaching is available throughout the person's employment with the corporate team. The professionals on the Neuro Plus coaching team can be reached at any time, with no need to wait for the next follow-up appointment.
